Patients benefit from our team concept, from the friendly, knowledgeable front office staff to our surgical nurses and physicians. We work closely with the hospital staff at Mercy Medical Center to ensure that your surgical experience, recovery and rehabilitation get you back to health.
Inpatient Nurses
Each physician has a dedicated RN to provide individualized care from pre-operative visits to caring for you on the day of your surgery. They’ll help you through your hospital stay and smooth the transition from the hospital to your home or to a rehab facility.
Outpatient Nurses
Our outpatient RN’s assist in the evaluation of out-patients in the pre-operative setting, address the medical concerns of patients in the post-operative setting and care for patients who are able to be treated non-operatively.
Certified Surgical Technologists
The Kennedy Center has three surgical technologists who work exclusively with our orthopaedic surgeons. It’s been proven that a dedicated surgical team that works closely with the surgeon and other team members provides optimum results for the patient.
Surgical Suite Nurses
The Kennedy Center has surgical suite nurses who work exclusively for our surgeons. These nurses have been with the Kennedy Center for more than 15 years and are invaluable assets to our doctors in surgery.
